Poweshiek County maps are available at the Poweshiek County Sheriff’s Office or the Poweshiek County Auditor’s Office for $5.00.

New addresses may be requested by completing the attached form and returning them by either e-mailing them to poweshiek911@zumatel.net, faxing it to (641) 623-2338, or leaving a message at the above phone number (641) 623-3083 with the appropriate information and the 911 Manager will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note there is a flat $45.00 fee for all addressing/residential markers that are requested.  Any requests for repair or replacement parts will be billed at the actual cost(s) incurred.
