Marriage Application

To apply for a marriage license, the bride, groom and witness (18 or older and knows both parties) must sign application before a notary or the County Registrar and all parties must provide satisfactory proof of identification. There is a $35 fee due with the application which includes a certified copy of the Marriage Certificate. Once the completed application is received in our office, the license may be picked up anytime after three business days.
